U.S. stocks traded Mixed Tuesday as the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 8 points to 8324. The S&P 500 gained 0.79 points to 902 and the Nasdaq Composite rose 1.67 points to 1795.Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC, $12.92, -$0.07, -0.54%) topped the list at midday on Tuesday for Buying on Weakness, which tracks stocks that fell in price but had the largest inflow of money.

Oil also broke past the $60 mark today, stimulating some of Russia’s commodity-driven equities. As a whole, the Russia Stocks and ADRs Index is up by 3.8% today.

The amount of damage done to top stocks for 2010 ?last week was quite impressive in such a short period of time.
